Nice to meet you. I am an Italian woman who studied Japanese and Korean at university. Currently, I am renting out a room in my house to Japanese and Korean international students who are staying in Italy for their studies.
The house is a single-family home on the ground floor, with a garden and terrace. It includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The room for rent faces the terrace and has direct access, so you can come and go freely. However, please note that once the terrace door is closed, there is no keyhole on the outside, you won’t be able to enter from the outside and you'll have to use the main door
The house is equipped with all necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. The bathroom has both a washing machine and a dryer. Water, electricity, and gas bills are not included in the rent and will be split based on actual usage. Although not shown in the photos, a new closet will be soon installed in the room.
Important Notes
I am looking for a non-smoker housemate who must also be an animal lover . I live with a female German Shepherd who is very affectionate, playful, and friendly towards everyone.
The room will be available starting from October 15th, 2025.
